Migo is a gorgeous 7 year old buckskin leopard appaloosa gelding with beautiful mane and tail and correct conformation. He is very well-broke and athletic! Migo is a very honest and consistent 2d-3d barrel horse. At smaller races runs 1d-2d. He has not reached his full potential as his times continue to improve. All of his training from halter breaking and first ride to advanced training and barrel work has been done by us. He has a very solid foundation. All his body parts are soft and supple. Good stop and turn around. Has had a lot of time spent on his slow work. He is fun and easy to ride. Migo is a good trail horse and has the ability to do many things. He has also been used as a lesson horse and is great with novice riders. We would love to see him go to a good home with someone who will enjoy and appreciate him as much as we do. For our latest mission we turned a carousel into a horse race. A single jockey was joined by two announcers, a roaring crowd, and a trumpeter. The children on the carousel had no idea what was going on. The mission took place at Le Carrousel in New York’s Bryant Park.

Zenyatta – 2009 Breeders Cup Classic

Perhaps the Horse of the Year title is not a foregone conclusion. Zenyatta gave the crowd what they waited for — and the patrons responded by cheering, clapping, and waving — as she ran her unbeaten streak to 14 with a magnificent performance in the Breeders Cup Classic (gr. I) Nov. 7 at Santa Anita.

Zenyatta looked uncomfortable for the first 200 yards and was last the first time by the stands, but she was flying down the stretch the second time and rolled by Gio Ponti to win the $5-million race. She became the first filly or mare to win the Classic.

Most voters had Rachel Alexandra penciled in as horse of the Year but Zenyattas victory over males has re-opened that argument.
