anyone have a homemade remedy for a sunburned black and white paint horse?

My two year old paint decided to stand in the sun too long rather than stand in the shade of my 60 acre pasture. any homemade remedies for treating the poor thing. Almost everywhere she has white the skin is dried out and hair is coming off in clumps. i feel awful about it so please don’t yell at me for being a bad pet owner thanks.
