The first video, many of you may not think it (b/c he kept running) but that horse took one of a good care of him. I saw a documentary on it once. The Simon rode Sir Sagamore quite a bit, he never stepped on him once and took an extra hard and high jump (which saved him from being slammed against the fence) Dang good horse.

horse racing is not abuse i would know to my horse was a racer and he was slow and not doing good at one point but then they worked with him not slaughter him because he turned out amazing once they were done he could of been a champ.

This is the only time I have to agree with PETA with the treatement of these animals. Grabbing when their young as 2-3 yrs, whipping their ass, training them non stop, slaughter them if their not good enough, even the jockeys physically damage themselves just to be jockeys

Well, first of all many horses start racing with 1,5 years and all horsemen knows that starting at this age is tooooooo early. Then they have to do very very hard work and the horses who dont like running, well you know whats happen to them..

U kno, this video reminds me of the girl who was barrel racing and her horse fell on top of her and the saddle smashed her face…when it said what she does now, it said she quit barrel racing and retired the horse…for all you girls who love barrel racing and horses, don’t call yourself a cowgirl if you won’t get back on…yea bad things can happen, but trust is all you need to get you through it.
