    he did mention briefly, saying you don’t want his nose coming into his chest (hyperflexion)… I don’t think the german martingale would actually have a setting tight enough to create rolkur. the horse in this video was juuuust right :)

    thanks so much, my horse really didnt understand the point of anything to do with bending his neck, and now he’s finally getting it!!!!
    with your tips he’s been improving alot, he’s been responding very quickly, he’s gotten better at his turns, and he’s not running away with me and bucking like he used to. thanks soo much :D

    I am using a german martingale on my 3 year old and it has taught him to flex and bend wonderfully. I was having a problem in his early training of his sticking his nose up in the air and this corrected it in a nice way as he taught himself to bend. Thanks Larry
