		<description>I would say rain scald If they are small patches where the hair is gone. Also if there are patches of little bits of hair you can pull out. Most horses that are in pasture get them from moisture buiding up on their coat from dew or rain. You can get a bottle of betadine solution (not the surgical scrub) and rub it on the spots. It is just a fungus but clears up real quick.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>Are they bald?  If the hair is there, I would say they are part of her markings, but if they are bald, I would call a vet and find out what they are.  I have a horse with skin cancer but her patches are flesh colored and resemble scabs, so I don&#039;t think that is it.  sorry, I would call the vet just for peace of mind.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
