It's perfectly fine, nothing medical...just genetic. Also if there are patches of little bits of hair you can pull out. Most horses that are in pasture get them from moisture buiding up on their coat from dew or rain. You can get a bottle of betadine solution (not the surgical scrub) and rub it on the spots. If the hair is there, I would say they are part of her markings, but if they are bald, I would call a vet and find out what they are. I have a horse with skin cancer but her patches are flesh colored and resemble scabs, so I don't think that is it. sorry, I would call the vet just for peace of mind.<br><b>References : </b><br> Are they bald?
