what does POA (NOT pony of the americas) stand for?
also, what does ‘no canvassers’ mean?
I’m not sure what POA mean if not pony of the americas. It could be Period of Availabitlity
or Price on application
no canvassers means no brokers to help with the sale. The sale happens directly from the buyer to the seller with no middle men.
