It’s a shame there can be only one. Both horses deserve HOTY. I say give it to Zen, RA got next year and Zen was robbed last year. Also Zen showed up for the big show, she put her record and reputation on the line against the best in the world. It is definately time to reward the great Zenyatta with HOTY.

Love Rachel Alexandra, super filly, and co-HOTY probably wouldn’t make anyone mad. Making the case for Zenyatta though Summer Bird was beaten 3 lengths and SB is a much better horse now than he was in the Haskell. Also SB wasn’t the only horse Z beat. RA has never beaten a field like this one.
