Although this …
Although this announcer overuses the expressions “looking like he just jumped in at the quarter pole” and “coming like an express train”, in this case he’s absolutely right!
this race gives me …
this race gives me the chills everytime i watch this. it’s amazing.
i figured i would screaming if i was there seeing Lute win like that
I would place Kona …
I would place Kona Gold and Artax up with Lute. But, yes Lute was absolutely amazing in this race and then in the 08′ Sprint as well. Lute was also a decent 9 furlong horse, running competitively vs. Brother Derek, Arson Squad, Awesome Gem, and Spring At Last in the Strub series.
That was one …
That was one of a run by Midnight Lute! 10 lengths behind around the far turn, but came flying down the lane to win it.
10 lengths behind …
10 lengths behind Commentator and Benny the Bull at the first call. What a sick, sick horse. Absolutely incredible. In the past ten years among sprinters I would only put Richter Scale in his class. And he would crush Richter Scale.
horrible track, …
horrible track, just horrible..
that horse is ready …
that horse is ready to fly!!!
wow
