Well depending where you live, there are lots of private dressage farms that train and sell horses. For example, KYBdressage.com sells upper level horses for the most part and I live fairly close to them. You could search your state (or city) and then fei dressage, and you may get some results.

Try letting everyone know that you are looking for a new horse and let them find you.
