You need to learn dressage first off sweetie, that's like me saying, I want to teach a horse western pleasure, when I have no experience in the western pleasure business, or western in general, it takes time. So you'd have to learn first.
References :
Dressage takes many (many many) years of hands on experience and education. It would be impossible to have someone explain to you step by step since there is so much theory involved, as well as feel, timing, understanding, visually being able to see what is correct, etc. It has to become a second nature to you.

Instead, look into becoming someone's apprentice or assistant who has been in the discipline for many years (and truly understands it!). Basically become a working student so you wouldn't have to spend more than you can afford.

Training the Piaffe takes great skill and although it looks like a piece of cake (I don't know how it could, but I'm not everyone else), it takes the highest degree of collection, strength, suppleness, impulsion... and so much more. Not to mention understanding equine biomechanics, psychology, and the like. I hope you look into it more!
References :
Dressage rider for over 10 years, experience teaching and training extensively for 7 years, and overall riding/horse adoring experience for 18 years.

There is no book that can really teach dressage...you just have to teach them to become supple in the mouth and coming from behind...it takes alot of time and effort and i dont know how good a rider you are..but i have been riding for 5 years and have a horse and event and i am no where near teaching dressage to a new horse.
References :
well, if you are breaking a horse, you should know how to "teach them dressage", seeing as dressage is any flat-work you do. more advanced dressage comes from making your flatwork BETTER and BETTER.
