Arabs can do dressage but it takes 10 times more patience then a warmblood, because arabs are very springy and hot headed. They don’t have the self discipline to "cool down" and focus. I’ve started my TB in dressage but its proving difficult because of his breed, I probably will go far because I have the patience to work with him. Some people just don’t.

Willian Fox Pitt’s Tamarillo is an Anglo Arab, and is a regular on the international eventing scene. I’m pretty sure he went to the olympics? So that includes dressage… albeit not pure dressage, but still pretty damn good! He’s the most famous arab I know anyway xx

I have seen an arab doing top level. I think it was 4rt level maybe even pre siant george i dont remember who it was. It was a bay i think.

I knew an arabian locally who trained up through Grand Prix. But unfortunately didn't do that well at shows with flightyness/conformation issues that kept it from a great test. Some can do it but conformation makes it a challenge sometimes. Great at the lower levels though.

Yes…they can. There is one named Gahalla and she made it all the way to the Grand Prix!
