yes, i would be doing jumping with him 
As I answer I am watching the video:
-He looks funny in the picture, the way his withers and shoulder sit. Is that just me?
- The rider is nudging him the whole time (she may have spurs on, I can’t tell) or she has terrible lower leg position
- He doesn’t bend when she asks him to turn, he moves his whole body sort of rigidly through the turns
- He has nice smooth canter and trot
- He looks as though he may be fighting his rider, she says go right and he wants to go straight
- he may also be playing with his bit
- she didn’t show any lead changes, simple or flying
- He didn’t canter after the jump (lazy? maybe rider error?)
- he knocked one very low pole (lazy?)
All in all i had to search through the video to find negative stuff. He looks good. Maybe could use a firm leg and someone to love him. I hope it works out.
